What the President should do in regards to ISL is to build a coalition to fight ISL, train Iraqi and Syrian Soldiers, and to destroy ISL's money supply. ISL is a terrorist group known as the Islamic State of Levant. This group has taken over parts of Iraq and Syria, not to mention them being known for the gruesome beheadings of 2 journalists , some Syrian soldier , and one aid work from Britain. They are also well funded by charities of Islamic origins.
The first thing the US should do is fight Against ISL. According to the guardian, "ISIS is willing to use ruthless tactics to assert its authority" The rutlessness of ISL is too dangerous for US Troops or Airstrikes to fight aloneTHe ISIS Terrorist Group is best weakened if the countries affected join together and destroy any plotters of ISIS using their airstrikes.
Second should train the Iraqi soldiers to fight ISL. the training of Iraqi Soldiers to Fight ISL. The Training of Iraqi Soldiers gives the coalition (Iraqis Included) a chance to destroy ISL when they are trained to fight them without fearAccording to the Guardian , "It has also become a far more lethal, effective and powerful force than it was when US forces were present in Iraq" . This shows that the US forgot to train Iraqi soldiers how to effectively fight terrorism without fear.
